QSX-26 Tear Performance Sample Template

1、 Purpose:

The QSX-26 tear performance cutting template is suitable for making notches or cuts when measuring the tear performance of polymer roofing rolls using trapezoidal notch or cut specimens. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T3281.9-2007 "Test methods for building waterproofing membranes Part 19: Tear performance of polymer waterproofing membranes".

2、 Main structure and working principle

This product consists of a tearing performance cutting template.

The testing principle of this product is to measure the force required for the specimen to completely tear, which is the continuation of the existing notch or cut on the specimen. The tensile testing machine generates uniform tearing force at a constant speed until the specimen is destroyed, and records the force at the point reached.
